Eezy Core is an AI-powered platform that streamlines workforce management, connecting talents with work, and optimizing staffing processes for operational excellence. I joined Eezy Core project in March 2023 and had ownership of the Talent App design and end-to-end design responsibility of many of the core experiences.

User & access management theme

I had the end-to-end design responsibility on enabling user & access management for multiple user groups, on both internal service production and on customer side. Very challenging, fast moving and highly collaborative effort, as we had to adjust many of the fundamentals, including the service architecture to be able to deliver.

Experience feedback & feedback management

I had the end-to-end design responsibility on feedback theme. My role was overlapping and strategic as I did plenty of the fundamental work defining the requirements for the experience while supporting development team.

Messaging theme

I had the end-to-end design responsibility on messaging theme, that enabled efficient communication between Talents, Service Specialists and Customers.
