Benjamin is a hyper growth startup on its path to become a category leader in the cash back segment in the US. I worked as a product designer for many of the core experiences, starting from user onboarding.

AI-powered platform that streamlines workforce management, connecting talents with work, and optimizing staffing processes for operational excellence. I had the design ownership of the Talent App. I also had end-to-end design responsibilities in many of the core experiences, including Communications and Messaging, Experience Feedback System, and User and Access Management.

Solution aimed to enable numerous use cases across regions and business areas, including high quality, ultra realistic content production in digital environment, while preserving brand control. I led the project, including design efforts, and worked hands-on producing prototypes, UI’s and other design outputs for Unreal Engine based solution.

I led this company initiative to explore the future possibilities in the automotive sector, and to define our vision and strategy. With strong focus on 3D and spatial experiences, we formed a small team to research, design and build and experience demo for VisionOS platform, utilizing groundbreaking technologies like conversational AI and voice as the primary input method.

Led initiatives for Younite-AI’s internal development and on customer side to form validated future vision & strategy for digital products and services.

Led the formation of an in-house design practice. Team supported internal development and digital product and service teams, including the building industry project platform SokoPro and digital asset management platform EMMi.

Led efforts to craft Grano’s future vision for digital customer experience. Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to create a validated vision closely aligned with the company’s strategy.

Based on the CX Vision work, I led the development of the experience vision and action plan for Grano’s quote-to-order process, aimed to guide a sustainable, scalable future by radically digitalizing critical customer journeys and the company’s internal processes.

Played a key role in establishing the program to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and to empower project teams to deliver impactful solutions.

SokoPro is a project management platform for building industry. Led efforts to modernize design processes, tools, and activities. Managed daily design work. Contributed to exit-strategy development, culminating in the successful acquisition of SokoPro by iBinder in 2021.
